Our process plan & drafting staff consists of (6) highly skilled fabricators that have all started at P&A as general laborers or machine operators. Through the years they have proven themselves to be innovative, creative, with a complete understanding of cost/value engineering. That is why they are in the positions they are.

We strive to understand the needs of the customer and then blend our manufacturing techniques & expertise in the design to eliminate waste and lower the product cost to the customer.

Simply translating geometry into a flat patterns and sending off to the floor isn't enough in today's market and will not elevate a company above the standard. Our staff understands the need to work closely with our customers and make both entities successful.
